Today we discovered an interesting plant in the garden. I searched the Internet and found some fascinating facts on it.
- A hibiscus plant
- Also called the national flower because it is Malaysia's national flower.
- Has sharp torns on its stern
- Has red, white, pink or yellow flowers
- Has five petals
- There is a stigma in the middle of the flower.
Last two weeks, as usual, SPBT club has our co-curricular activity. One of the SPBT club member, Mohd Solleh from 4 Anggerik has brought his plant from his home. He has also brought some sunflower seeds along with him.
After taking the SPBT club members' attendance, all of us including the club teacher, YM Engku Ismail went to our garden to plant the hibiscus plant and also the sunflower seeds.
